The Castlewellan Show Annual General Meeting took place on 4th December, bringing together committee members and supporters to reflect on the past year and look ahead to another exciting show in 2025.
A highlight of the evening was an insightful address from guest speaker Mrs Ellen Moorehead, Northern Ireland Regional Coordinator of the National Sheep Association. Ellen delivered a very informative overview of the key challenges and opportunities currently facing sheep farmers, providing valuable insights into developments within the industry and the importance of supporting the sector at both local and national level. Her presentation was greatly appreciated by all in attendance.
